Voilà une recette simple et originale inspirée par Marie, la grand-mère de Jean-Marie Georges , chef du restaurant La Grignotière aux Eyzies de Tayac en Dordogne.

Ingrédients:

150 g de noisettes pilées

75 g de beurre

125 g de sucre

5 oeufs

1 gousse de vanille

Mélanger les jaunes d’oeuf au sucre (blanchir)

Ajouter le beurre mou puis les noisettes pilées et la vanille

Intégrer délicatement les blancs d’oeuf en neige.

Mettre le tout dans un moule beurré au four: 180°. 40 minutes

Démouler à chaud.
